More About Me
ElizabethMartinez is the co-founder and co-owner of CENTURY 21 Americana and the Director of Education for CENTURY 21 Americana Real Estate School. She co-founded the company with her husband Juan Martinez in 2003 and has 24 years’ experience in the real estate sector.
Since its inception, Elizabeth has had a hand in every stage of CENTURY 21 Americana’s operations and growth. For her first 20 years with the firm, she managed the overall functions of the company and staff members, and created the support systems that streamlined the day-to-day operations of her agents and the firm. She managed an REO team of 20 assistants and successfully handled and completed all back-end processes for more than 4,000 team transactions from sale to close, as well as another 9,000 transactions as an individual broker. Her responsibilities included training hundreds of sales executives on transaction processes, in-house technology, fair housing and creating system processes for their teams.
Elizabeth’s vast industry knowledge and her encouraging and supportive nature inspired her to open the company’s first real estate school in 2018 as part of CENTURY 21 Americana’s mission to offer aspiring agents high-quality pre-licensing education. As the school’s President and Director of Education, Elizabeth touches every aspect of school operations from writing the curriculum to teaching live-virtual or in-person classes.
Elizabeth’s journey throughout her career began 24 years ago when she earned her real estate license in 1999. She stepped into the industry as a single mother with the initial idea that her position in real estate would only be temporary. But what started as just a job quickly turned into a full-fledged and fulfilling career leading CENTURY 21 Americana, which currently oversees 400 sales executives throughout Nevada and Arizona.
Originally raised in Florida, Elizabeth lives in Las Vegas with her husband and their five children. When she is not in the office, she enjoys road cycling throughout Nevada and Arizona.
